Yapello Inc. is a Michigan-based startup incorporated in March 2026, developing new approaches to personal audio. 

The company is focused on commercializing Offset Audio™ technology—a patented architecture that introduces a new class of offset-driver headphones.

The team is currently composed of the founder and an advisor. 

Founder

Kiran Kumar is the founder of Yapello Inc. and the inventor of its core headphone architecture.

He brings over 20 years of experience across engineering design and business development, with a focus on product innovation and commercialization.

His background spans mechanical and chemical engineering, along with business leadership experience in the U.S. and Europe. His education includes Masters degrees from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, Rutgers University, NJ, and Cornell University, NY.
